This year, our family is walking as Team Fighting Back in the Lustgarten Foundation’s Walk for Pancreatic Cancer Research. Earlier this year, our dad, Forrest, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and since then we’ve seen firsthand just how important research, treatments, and hope really are.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest cancers, but progress is being made, and every dollar raised helps fund research that is bringing us closer to earlier detection, better treatments, and—someday—a cure.

We are walking not only for our dad, but for every family facing this fight. Together, we are fighting back—step by step, mile by mile.
