Northwell’s pancreatic cancer team is participating in Lustgarten's Walk for Pancreatic Cancer Research to celebrate the progress that has been made and to power tomorrow's research. Pancreatic cancer research directly supports the patients we care for every day throughout New York and Connecticut. Please walk with us and help raise awareness and funds for this amazing cause.
About us
Northwell’s dedicated, compassionate team of experts helps patients with a wide range of conditions, including pancreatitis, pancreatic cysts and pancreatic cancer. We’re proud to be designated as a Center of Excellence in Pancreatitis and Pancreatic Cancer by the National Pancreas Foundation.
With one of the largest pancreas programs in the region, we offer:
· A multidisciplinary team: Our surgeons, oncologists, and advanced gastroenterologists work together to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient
· Advanced diagnostics: Including in-house imaging & genomic testing
· State-of-the-art treatments: Robotic surgery, innovative therapies & clinical trials
· Support services for patients and families: Nurse navigation, pain management, genetic counseling, social work, support groups, nutritional counseling & rehabilitation.
