I'm fundraising for Stewart Greenstein
Friends & Family - excited to share I'll be running the NYC marathon again in honor of my grandfather Stewart Greenstein who passed from pancreatic cancer. I have spent most of my life raising both dollars and awareness for this cause, and is one that is near and dear to my heart. Approximately 66,000 Americans will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2024, and roughly 78% of them will pass away within the first year post-diagnosis. We need to change this!
When I ran the NYC marathon 2 years ago, both my feet started bleeding at mile 6 and I had already hurt both my hamstrings. Those 4 hours were the most painful of my entire life but I knew I had to cross the finish line in the name of my grandpa Stu and all those that were counting on me!
This year, I'll be running the race with one of my best friends, Brendan Quinlan. I couldn't be more grateful to get to share this monumental cause with him and raise money in the names of countless people who will continue to be affected by this disease.
