My mom was one of the strongest, most loving people I’ve ever known. She was my best friend, my safe place, and the person I could always count on. Family meant everything to her, and when she wasn’t spending time with the people she loved, you could usually find her enjoying one of her favorite TV shows.

She battled cancer for almost three years, and through everything she faced, she remained deeply loved and unforgettable to everyone who knew her. Losing her changed mine and my brother’s lives forever, and we will carry that loss with us every day.

This walk is our way of keeping her name and memory alive, honoring the strength she showed throughout her journey, and bringing people together for every family affected by cancer.

Whether you knew our mom personally or you’re walking in honor of someone you love, I would be so grateful to have you there. Every step represents someone we love, someone we miss, and someone we continue to carry with us. 💜
