In Memory of my Dad
Wednesday 1st OctIt's that time of the year again. I will be participating in the Lustgarten Foundation's Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk on October 5th. I will be walking in memory of my dad. 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to pancreatic cancer research. Please join me on October 5th or support the walk. My family & I thank you for your support.
I had 82 days with my dad until he was gone, from the day he was diagnosed. We stumbled upon the diagnosis having gone to see the doctor for a consultation on another health issue. He said "something else is going on here, let's do a CT-scan". Pancreatic cancer has one of the lowest survival rates because of the lack of early detection testing. I'm walking today with my family to support research for this deadly disease. I thank those that have supported the cause & invite others to consider sponsoring me today.
