26.2 FOR HER

My Grandma, Marie Quick — aka “Sis” — was the strongest, most resilient person I’ve ever known. After losing her to pancreatic cancer, I knew I wanted this year’s New York City Marathon to mean something bigger than just crossing a finish line. If you had the privilege of knowing her, you know how big her heart was and how deeply she showed up for the people she loved.
On November 1st, 2026, I’ll be taking on 26.2 miles through the streets of New York City in her honor while raising money for the Lustgarten Foundation and pancreatic cancer research.
My goal is simple: help fund research that brings us closer to turning pancreatic cancer into a curable disease.
If you’d like to support this journey, donations through this page are fast, secure, and deeply appreciated. Every donation, message, share, and word of encouragement means more than you know.
Thank you for being part of this with me. 🤍
