I'm fundraising for the future....
I can’t believe it’s been 10 yrs since my mom and dad passed. To honor my parents, our family has chosen to participate in the Lustgarten Foundation Walk Against Pancreatic Cancer on April 21st in NYC. Many of you know that my father, Sidney, had a successful pancreatomy and lived almost 8 yrs after this surgery. My mother, Charlotte, was his rock, greatest supporter, and the best caretaker They loved life and they LOVED their family more than anything. Our team name reflects our meaningful relationship to family and my mother’s amazing cooking- especially her perfect chicken soup with fluffy matzah balls.

The advances in research for pancreatic cancer funded by the Lustgarten Foundation made over the past 10yrs have improved the outlook for someone receiving this diagnosis. We want to make certain that more tests can be developed for early detection. My father’s cancer was detected accidentally and very early but in most cases pancreatic cancer is caught too late. Continued research and development is still vital to stop this cancer!
My family and I hope you will consider donating to our team so this vital research can continue. We also welcome anyone to participate in the walk with us!
