IN HONOR OF TONY BROWN
538 Days of Strength. One Mission: Hope.
Anthony "Tony" Brown was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer on April 30, 2021. From that day forward, he fought with courage, faith, and grace for 538 days, until he passed on October 20, 2022. My dad was blessed with more time than many who battle pancreatic cancer, thanks in part to the Lustgarten Foundation and the access they helped provide to exceptional doctors and resources.
As a family, we were surrounded by an incredible team of support during his journey — something that meant everything during a time when it’s so easy to feel alone after a cancer diagnosis. Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest forms of cancer; it is often diagnosed late and has a very limited survival time. The Lustgarten Foundation played a vital role in my dad’s journey, and in 2022 our family walked together in his honor. Every year since, we continue to walk to raise awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research.
Thank you for supporting this cause, for honoring my dad’s legacy, and for helping bring hope to families facing pancreatic cancer. Every donation, every share, and every step matters more than you know.
