We're fundraising for Bob DeLisa
Hello Everyone,
Team DeLisa is fundraising for the 18 Hole Stroll in support of life-saving pancreatic cancer research. The Lustgarten Foundation has been at the forefront of every major advancement in pancreatic research to date.
We walk in memory of my husband Bob DeLisa who passed away in 2021 from pancreatic cancer, after surviving for 11 years. Team DeLisa was formed in 2018 to raise money for this critical research focused on early detection, personalized medicine, and new drug development. To date, the 18 Hole Stroll has raised nearly $950,000 in support of the Lustgarten Foundation. This year we have the opportunity to make this our million dollar year!
Please join us for this year’s walk, June 7th at the First Tee in Cromwell, Connecticut. Check in is at 8:30 a.m., opening ceremony and walk kick-off at 9:15 a.m. Expect an easy stroll, spirited silent and live auctions, the latest from the research field, and refreshments.
If you can’t make the stroll please consider donating. Last year, Team DeLisa raised close to $5,000 and our goal this year is to exceed that.
Many Thanks,
Wendy DeLisa
