Emilia was so much more than our mom — she was the heart of our family, our comfort, our strength, and the person whose love could always make things feel a little more okay.

She loved deeply, laughed loudly, honored her family proudly and left pieces of herself in everyone lucky enough to know her. She was strong, silly, loving, and completely unforgettable. The kind of person whose presence stays with you, even when you can no longer see her.

Losing her to pancreatic cancer changed our lives forever, but it could never take away everything she gave us, the strength she showed and all the lessons we all learned. Her love still shows up in our memories, in our family, in the stories we tell, and in all the little ways we continue to carry her with us.

Being we fought this together as a family we would like to walk together for Margie because she deserves to be celebrated, remembered, and carried forward with every step.
