This will be my second walk with the Lustgarten Foundation and I’m truly grateful.Â
My journey with PC started in 2022. I was lucky enough to have symptoms and catch my disease at an early stage. After chemo and whipple surgery, I enrolled in a clinical trial for people who have the Brca-2 mutation. I also had an oophorectomy to reduce my risk.Â
I celebrated a major milestone in December 2023 as I am 1 year cancer feee.  I hope this is the first milestone of many 💜
Every day is a blessing and a gift from God. I would not be here without the love and support of family and friends and the brilliance and care from my medical team!
