I am participating in Lustgarten's Walk for Pancreatic Cancer Research to celebrate the progress that has been made and to power tomorrow's research. Please support my goal as I embrace Lustgarten's vision of transforming pancreatic cancer into a curable disease. I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in January 2024 after having the Whipple Procedure to remove a suspicious tumor.  A biopsy confirmed it was indeed cancer and it had spread to one lymph node.  I went through aggressive chemotherapy and right now I am thank gd cancer free.  I was very lucky to be diagnosed early on through a routine blood test, with no symptoms at all.  (I am trying to advise anyone I can to stay on top of your health and have all testing you are due for!)  The tumor was in the ampular which made it easier to find.  I thank gd for my amazing surgeon as well as my unbelievable support system.  I could not go through this journey without all of you!  Please  donate to my page and provide hope to thousands of families touched by this devastating disease.
