We are walking in memory of Jeannie
We are walking in honor of Mike's sister - my sister-in-heart as she would say. Jeannie was a great friend and an amazing sister. She was a favorite Aunt to our children and one of my favorite people. She was part of our movie crew for chick flicks and extremely competitive when we would play family games - which she seemed to win often. She had a way of taking her glasses off her head that we will all never forget. She has left a hole in our family which will never be filled. We talk about her every day and remember who she was to us. She will be loved always and missed forever. She battled fiercely as she did everything in life. She was all in or all out - there was no in between. We will walk every year in her honor and memory and we hope they will eventually be able to find a cure for this terrible cancer.
