Long Island Walk

I'm fundraising for my mom Claire Salem and others!

My family and I have participated, rain or shine, each year in support of the Lustgarten Foundation's Long Island Pancreatic Cancer Walk. We walk as members of Team ProHEALTH Pediatrics. Each year, we look forward to walking at Jones Beach with other team members!

This walk means a lot to me. A way of paying tribute to my mom who meant so much to me. This disease took away what was supposed to be a start of "retirement". It robbed her of many special things I would have loved for her to be a part of. We need to keep fundraising and find a cure.

We walk with our ProHealth team with many who have had this disease affect their families.

I also walk in support of a survivor, our good friend Colleen Queally's brother who is battling this disease.

Please support my goal as I embrace Lustgarten's vision of transforming pancreatic cancer into a curable disease. Donate to my page and provide hope to thousands of families touched by this devastating disease.

Why Lustgarten? They are the nation’s largest private funder of pancreatic cancer research. Thanks to separate funding of administrative expenses, 100% of my fundraising and your donation funds pancreatic cancer research - research led by Lustgarten and powered by you! Together, we will raise more money for research advancements than I ever could alone.

Your contribution will help me achieve my goal so that more funding can be allocated for research into early detection and new treatments. Please share this page with any friends you think might be interested in donating, and join me on this journey towards a cure.
