I'm fundraising for my dad

2026 marks 40 years since the passing of my father - AVEDIS CETIN MD - from pancreatic cancer. While much has been learned about this dreadful disease over the past four decades, there is still so much more that needs to be discovered. Cure rates still remain low and many families are faced with losing a loved one to this horrific disease each and every day.

My family and I have participated, rain or shine, each year in support of the Lustgarten Foundation's Long Island Pancreatic Cancer Walk. We walk as members of Team ProHEALTH Pediatrics. Each year, we look forward to walking at Jones Beach with other team members!

We walk in memory of: AVEDIS CETIN MD, CLAIRE SALEM, JESUS ZAMORA SR., SUSAN GANG, ROSE ESCOBAR, GARBIS CANKOSYAN MD and many others who have lost their battle against Pancreatic Cancer.
