Over the past two years, The Lustgarten Foundation has become near and dear to our hearts as we’ve walked alongside my mom, Kathy, in her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Mom was more than just a fighter—she was a warrior in every sense of the word. She faced this devastating disease with unshakable strength, dignity, and grace, living each day with passion, purpose, and deep love for those around her.

Sadly, our family now carries the heartbreak of her absence, but we also carry forward her spirit and determination. In her honor, and in support of the countless others affected by this disease, we are participating in a pancreatic cancer walk to raise funds and awareness through The Lustgarten Foundation—an organization leading the charge in research, hope, and ultimately, a cure.

This walk is about more than just remembering Kathy. It’s about standing together in the belief that one day, families won’t have to experience the pain of losing a wife, mom, grandmother, sister, or friend to pancreatic cancer. We walk with the hope that our steps today will bring others a tomorrow full of life, love, and healing.
