I'm fundraising in memory of my wonderful mom, Gigi!

15 years ago my wonderful mom, Gigi, was taken away from me by pancreatic cancer. I founded the Westchester Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk in her memory and have been walking, fundraising, and creating awareness for this deadly disease in her memory ever since. Together with the Westchester community we have raised over $4,500,000 for pancreatic cancer research over the last 15 years. My mom's compassion, drive, and devotion to help others continues to inspire me everyday towards a cure for pancreatic cancer!

I am participating in Lustgarten's Walk for Pancreatic Cancer Research to celebrate the progress that has been made, to power tomorrow's research, and to bring hope to other families so others don't have to face  the same hopeless and powerless feelings that my family and I felt when my mom was first diagnosed with this deadly disease. 

Please support my goal as I embrace Lustgarten's vision of transforming pancreatic cancer into a curable disease. When my mom was first diagnosed 15 years ago, the five year survival rate was only 5% and now it is 13%! This increased survival rate is due to friends and family donating and raising awareness for pancreatic cancer research.
